The new hydraulic structure means high-quality services for high-speed ship handling and the development of the cabotage fleet

For more than 20 years, Risoil has been systematically investing in  the development of the infrastructure, implementing projects that allow Ukrainian farmers to sell their products on foreign markets, and creating new jobs. This was stated by Yevhen Sadovyi, CEO of Risoil Terminal Group, during his speech at the Second Annual Ukraine Invest Forum “MAKE in UA”.

The programme of the event included interactive discussion panels with representatives of the Government, international organisations, business interests, and investment community of Ukraine and the world.

In one of them, where the experience of local investors was discussed, Yevhen Sadovyi familiarized the participants with the history of the project to build a bilateral pier at the junction of Berths 10 and 11 of the port of Chornomorsk: its potential, the decade spent on getting various approvals, and those who contributed to making it possible.

“I would like to thank UkraineInvest, which helped organize the dialogue with the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, and the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine for their active support. I also applaud the optimism of the shareholders of the Group, Shota Khadzhishvili and Oleksandr Minov, who conceived this project 13 years ago, did not lose confidence and brought it to life,” said the CEO of Risoil Terminal.

He also reminded that the new hydraulic structure means high-quality services for high-speed ship handling and the development of the cabotage fleet.

“Thank you for your job. We are ready to continue to support your project,” said Serhiy Tsivkach, Executive Director of UkraineInvest, who moderated the discussion.

At the beginning of the forum, the Prime Minister of Ukraine delivered a welcoming speech. The event was organised with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy of Ukraine Program.
