“Joint Venture RISOIL-TERMINAL Ltd.” is an export and import terminal that was founded in the Commercial Seaport of Chornomorsk (Odesa region) in 2001. Our company specializes in transshipment of vegetable cooking oils and grain cargos.

Laboratory

The terminal lab is equipped in line with the state-of-art technologies; it is designed to embrace practically all the cereals and oil crops available in this country and is certified according to the key international standards. At the same time, the express laboratory allows revealing any differences in quality very fast.

Universal Terminal Risoil LLC is a Port Operator located in the waters of the seaport of Chornomorsk. Since mid-2020 it has been providing a full range of services for the transhipment of bulk cargo and packaged goods in both import and export mode.

Risoil Multipurpose Terminal provides transhipment of cargos of various nomenclature, including, but not limited to technological schemes such as:

transhipment of import and export cargos for outdoor storage;
transhipment of bulk cargo directly into big bags by means of specialised bulk bag filling complexes;
direct ship loading using grabs or ship loaders;
loading of ground storage cargo into hopper wagons;
handling of goods packed in big bags;
transhipment of general-purpose cargos;
a possibility of covered storage of cargos.

Rozdilna
Elevator

Rozdilna Elevator LLC provides a whole complex of services in for receiving grain and oilseeds by means of trucks and wagons, determining the quantity and quality of incoming cargo, bringing it in conformity with appropriate and contractual specifications (i.e. drying and additional processing), storage and shipment to trucks and wagons. Rozdilna Elevator LLC also provides services in stuffing containers with grain and oilseeds, both in bulk and packaged in polypropilene bags.

Rozdilna Elevator LLC consists of two warehouse complexes.

The first one covers an area of 5.9626 hectares and consists of eight mechanised floor storage warehouses. The total grain storage capacity is: 22,600 tons in the floor storage warehouses, 1,600 tons in reinforced concrete silos. The production capacity of the warehouse complex allows receiving and dispatching at a time up to 700 tons of different crops per day, with their subsequent processing, packaging, and shipment. The complex has three points for receiving grain by road and one point for receiving grain by rail. In addition, there is mill with a capacity of up to 70 tons of wheat per day.

The second warehouse complex is located on an area of 3.925 hectares and consists of six mechanised floor storage warehouses; it is ready to ship and receive at a time up to 500 tons of different crops per day, with their subsequent processing, packaging, and shipment in bulk as well as into shipping containers. The complex has two points for receiving grain by road and one point for receiving grain by rail. The total grain storage capacity in the floor storage warehouses is 13,700 tons.

Subject to a timely delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished goods, Rozdilna Elevator LLC is able to operate in the following modes:

Reception: 800/1,100 tons per day, including: 500/700 tons per days by road, and 300/400 tons per day by rail;
Cleaning: 300/800 tons per day;
Drying: 100/200 tons per day;
Shipment by road: 500/1,000 tons per day;
Quantity of points (stations) for shipment by road: 3/2 units;
Shipment by rail; 350/ 560 tons per day;
Quantity of points (stations) for shipment by rail: 2/1 units;
Quantity of warehouses for grain storage: 6/8 units;
Total capacity of the warehouses: 13,700/ 22,600 tons, in particular: reinforced concrete silos: 1,600 tons, floor storage warehouses: 13,700/ 21,000 tons (including mechanised warehouses: 12,700/ 21,000 thousand tons, non-mechanised warehouses: 1,000 thousand tons).
