BIOIL
BIOIL UNIVERSAL Ukraine is a modern plant for processing of oilseeds by press method. It is located on the territory of PJSC Razdelnyanskiy Elevator. The capacity of this oil-press factory allows it to process about 100 thousand tons of oilseeds annually. The processing of oilseeds results in raw vegetable oil, oil cake, and granulated peelings.
The main activities of the company are:
• processing of oilseeds;
• purchase and sale of agricultural products;
• export and import of raw materials, goods, industrial and technology products;
• trade in agricultural products and their derived products (grain, oil, seed cake, etc.).
Derived products are: raw vegetable oil, seed cake and granulated husk. The plant’s capacity is about 120 thousand tons of processed oilseeds per year. The output of finished products is:
sunflower oil- about 46.800 tons per year
sunflower meal -about 48.000 tons per year
granulated husk -about 18.000 tons per year
Shipment of the finished product is implemented by means of motor and railway transport

BISER OLIVA
RISOIL S.A. owns the JSC BISER OLIVA, which is an oil extraction factory in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. The factory is capable of producing 79200 tons of raw and 32400 tons of refined oil annually.
BISER OLIVA is the second largest facility that produces sunflower oil in Bulgaria. The oil, both raw and refined, is fully compliant with European quality standards.
